Whole boiled crawfish brought in live and boiled on site. Availability is seasonal.

 

 

Andouille Sausage
Served with provolone, chedder cheese, and saltines. This special treat is smoked and comes from Louisiana.

 

 

Red Beans and Rice
A New Orleans tradition. We chop ham and Andouille sausage and add it to red beans, spice it up good, and top with green onions. 8 oz, 16 oz

 

Marinated Shrimp 
Shrimp marinated in a creole mustard, tarragon, and red pepper sauce. Served on leaf lettuce with saltines. 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb

 

Creole File Gumbo 
Our special blend of chrimp, crab, fish, chicken, beef, vegtables, rice and more seasonings than we can list. 8 oz, 16 oz

 

Cajun Popcorn 
Crawfish tail meat dipped in spices and deep fried. Served with sherry wine sauce.

 

Jambalaya 
Shrimp, “Cure 81” ham, chicken, Andouille sausage with rice and vegetables in a tomato sauce. 8 oz, 16 oz

Salads

Shrimp/Crawfish Pontchartrain
A heaping presentation of mixed greens with big shrimp or crawfish in our special dressing (it’s like thousand island, but better). Garnished with eggs, tomato, and black olives.

 

 

Chicken/Tuna Salad
Slow roasted chicken breasts with grapes or slow roasted fresh tuna wit red/yellow peppers, served on greens and granished with egg and fruit.

 

 

Grilled Blackend Chicken Salad
A 5oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, blackened and srved on a bed of mixed lettuce, tomato, black olives, and ranch dressing.

 

Grilled Salmon Salad
A 5oz Atlantic Salmon filet, grilled and served on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes, mushrooms, and black olives. Served with avocado dressing.

 

Mixed Greens
A salad of tossed fresh greens of the season. Choose from avovado, vinaigrette, pontchartrain, blue cheese, ranch, lite french, and creole honey mustard dressing.

 

Jim’s Caesar
Chef Beck’s creation topped with choice of fried oysters, grilled or fried chicken, or grilled or fried shrimp. Or Beef Tenderloin.
